配送ポリシー
- Our basic delivery method is EMS (Express Mail Service), but if delivery is not possible due to the Covid-19 situation or other weather and disasters, we may change to another delivery method.(In that case, the additional shipping fee may be required or we will notice you to be changed the shipping fee. )
- EMS has a damage compensation system that compensates for the actual loss in an emergency.(The coverage will be changed when another shipping company is chosen. )

- If there is any damage (loss) during delivery, please contact us and the shipping company within 7 days after arrival.
